  The Leadership Training Institute prepares
  students for Christian service: witnessing,
  evangelizing, discipling and church
   governance in the Caribbean and beyond,
   by exemplary teaching and training in
   sound biblical Wesleyan-Arminian
   doctrine and other academic disciplines.

Accreditation
The courses for the certificates are administered through the Caribbean Wesleyan College (CWC) and the Evangelical Training Association of Illinois, USA. These are accredited Theological institutions.
 
Duration of Courses
Each course is presently for a duration of 18 hours. The entire Program lasts for two (2) years. You can earn four (4) certificates
over a period of 18 – 24 months. 
  • Foundational Church Ministries Cert.
  • Standard Church Ministries Cert.
  • Advanced Church Ministries Cert.
  • Leadership in Church Ministries Cert

​Requirements for Admission
  • Ability to read and comprehend up to secondary level.
  • Be a born-again Christian.
  • Lay persons who wish to be better prepare for service to the church and community.
Goals and Objectives
     To prepare students who:
  • Are capable of functioning as balanced Christian workers wherever they serve. 
  • Who seek to follow the will of the Lord Jesus Christ. 
  • Are grounded in biblical truth and Christian experience. 
  • Possess basic knowledge in the humanities, natural, and social sciences. 
  • Understand and meet spiritual, ethical, legal, and social responsibilities in life. 
  • Are interested in continuing education for ministry.

Caribbean Wesleyan College
The Caribbean Wesleyan College (1996) was formed as a result of the decision taken by the 1994 General Conference of the Wesleyan Church to rationalize the existence of its two Bible Colleges, namely the Jamaica Wesleyan Bible Institute (1977) and the Caribbean Wesleyan College (1974) located in Barbados.

​The college is Wesleyan-Arminian in doctrine and practice, and holds to the current Discipline of The Wesleyan Holiness Church in the Caribbean.  Following are some of the core beliefs:
